• Examine the role of cryoNB in a multimodal sternotomy strategy.
• Review techniques and the application of cryoNB in sternotomy. 
• Assess patient selection, education, post-operative, and sternal precautions.
• Evaluate strategies to overcome adoption barriers and cultivate a cryoNB program.
